I want to do my research on the effects that stan culture (fandoms) on the internet have on teenagers and adolescents but I’ve already searched some databases and can’t find solid enough evidence to help support it so if anyone has suggestions,,,

Don’t limit yourself to adolescents and teenagers. Maybe look for the impact it has on society as a whole. This could make it easier to find a larger range of resources.
You could also try searching “fandom” instead of stans. When I searched up “effect of fandoms on society” more promising results showed up.
