In my research paper, I am going to explore the positive effects exercise has on a person’s mental health, especially when they experience depression and/or anxiety. I’m curious to learn if exercise can be a completely alternative option from going to therapy or taking medication to try to treat depression/anxiety, or if it is only beneficial in addition to the more “traditional” treatments.
I was going to do this topic too!!!!! I love this topic and I always try to emphasize how important it is for people
